Trips to Ireland seeing as gethin always comes to England

For my MOT I need to replace the said brake pipes, they fit into the ABS unit and the Haynes warns against getting any air as it will malfunction. Does this mean I can't do this job myself. I'd hoped it was a case of fitting new copper pipe and bleeding as normal.

About 20 attempts later! In the end I had to remove vacuum tube, gently press connector home, pray, dance, invoke things, and it made contact. Not easy! Then push vacuum tube in after. *sigh*

Is the bar shoved all the way to the screen? they are sliding bolts IIRC.

Thanks, didn't want it to look an old dog that has had a few patches welded on to get it through mots! I've primed,sealed, stone guarded then ill dust a bit of colour over the patches so it looks quite factory,not forgetting the cavity wax........Is that a bit OCD!? Anyway hopefully it'll last. Got the wing whipped off today as I didn't have much choice as half of it was on the floor in a pile of rust and red paint and the sill wasn't to bad,was going to try to make a bit of a plate for it but then I found out that I could get a pattern sill for £11.50+vat!!!! ;-) I only want the section beh

I agree with Lukey you've gotta have gaffer tape in you essential collection. Anything's possible with those basic tools. You could even do a A-team grab a cardboard box and make a tank that'll withstand nuclear missiles out of it with your essentials lol Sent from my LT26i using Tapatalk
