Now that the evenings are lighter, its much easier to keep your car clean. My missis knows I'm obsessed with my car and yes I suppose I clean it when it's dirty. But some peoples idea of dirty is somewhat different than others!

So, do you wash off the road dust like me, every other day?!!

(especially with my new wheels!)

Or is it a case of waiting until you can't see out the rear window and there are animals living in your scuttle and sleeping in your footwell before the sponge comes out?

about once a fortnight tbh it used to be more but i got fed up of the arse gettin filthy every 10 mins

Not as often as I should but try to clean the ZW1's every other day!!

I usually clean it properly for every meet and show but might give it a quick wash once a fortnight... tbh it does get pretty filthy!

Proper car soap, sponge, hose and a real chamois does it every time!

I've known people to use Fairy liquid!! It's a bloody de-greaser and strips all the polish off!

It's the fly's that P*ss me off this time of year, if you don't get them off while there fresh then they set and become a mare to remove, look a aright arse on a white car.

no point having a nice car if its dirty....you spend loads of money on it so why not look after it!

Once a week, or more depending on weather, but always try and keep my rims clean, so sometimes daily on them! (

Once a week, or fornightly. Depending on the time of year. And thats washing 2 cars each time as well!

As for vacuuming them out, thats less often and only when they need it! 8)

once a week for me depending on the weekend weather, and thats with a full wax and all windows,tyres and black plastic dressed.

As for the interior about twice a week

I try and clean mine as often as possible by driving quickkly when it's raining. If you're talking about actual washing, with cleaner and a sponge and stuff, then we're not talking washes per week, we're talking months per wash...

tbh waxing your car every week isny necessary anyway... can't hurt and I find it hard to resist doing as black cars look the best when freshly waxed (probably because they look the dirtiest at all other times!)

I'm quite obsessive about it staying clean even if its been parked up and not been used and have dust on it it get washed! I dont wax it all the time only really when its off to a show or something :-)

Badboy if you want some good polish but dont wanna pay through the nose for it give me a shout and I'll lend you a bit of mine trust me its the dogs danglis and dont cost f'all ;-)
