    Higos insurance is my broker, renewal for my daily was 1400!!! but higos got it down to 500! Chuffed to say the least!

    Hi guys, I rang up my local machining place, to see if my block can get skimmed, and they said for a vr6 you will have to undo both the oil gallery bolts to clean all the debris that will get left behind, anyone know where these are? Otherwise all the crud that gets stuck in there will get into the bearings e.t.c. and foobar it. any ideas? Thanks

    I believe a catch can will fix the leaking out of the crankcase breather

    I prefer a vento front end, but i actually think it looks better on a vento, and a golf front end on a glf, if that makes sense?

    Spray a fine, and i mean fine mist of water over the coilpack and you should see it arc across all 6 terminals

    Haha ive done that before, left a plastic battery cover on the exhaust manifold, went for a drive and there wasnt much left!

    If its the pipe going to the carbon cannister you can bin the entire syste. You have to either bung one pipe up or let another vent to atmosphere, i cant remember which ones which. Otherwise it can run a bit lumpy

    Could you get a pic of it? I cant remember the layout of the brake plugs..
