Have you check continuity between the senser and the engine plug? If there is a break in 1 of the wires it will show this up.

It could be 1 of the relays in the abs loom if its intermitent, i doubt its a fuse. -
Seems like a good compromise between the 35r and the 40r, maybe laggy if you run alot of boost, but on low boost shouldn't be too bad. Power wise, its up to you! How much did you pay for it?

Yes, my o2m does that! Thought it was abit strange that both wheels spin in the same direction.

Its your choice whether you diy or use a specailist, but i've rebuilt my t60-1 turbo which was easy enough. Some of the bolts sheared off but i managed to get them out. I bought a kit of of ebay which included all bearings plus a 360 thrust washer, all seals, and new bolts.

Yes, used the lower manifold, and welded to it.

Yeah, they should have a bias bar between the 2 brake cylinders. Import duty is pain!

To weld it properly you'll need the box stripping, and cleaned, and get it tig welded. It could be done without stripping but imo it won't be clean enough and will damage the internals.

Anti rollbar bushes - 3 The vr doesn't have 4 and 5, it has a metal drop link which you can get off ebay for about 12 for the pair.

Personally i'd never touch a car auto box, i've had a scrap box apart before and its a bit mental in there!! Send it off fella, prop your best bet.
