    Like the title what would you do to your own car with unlimited money i know what i would do put two twin turbo vr6 engins in and make it four wheel drive that would be fun lol. Anyone else got better ideas ?8-)

    don t mate i thought i had mine sort with just a new coil pack after work on a monday warming her up then a fucking missfiring again ! it is never end with this engines i swear ! lol

    yeah mate somtimes you do have to bump it so other people can see it ! its happened to me a few times ! now i ve got alot of work to do it to get it running right!

    Right as per title the motor as bee missfiring for a while then sorted it on sat with a new coil pack been driving it around fine then monday afternoon comes i went out to warm my motor up ! it was fine went back out there missfring again ! swapped the coil packs over ! still the same and by the way is bad when warming up then is better then gets worse so i thought i would do a compression test ! now im worried !can anyone tell me what this result would mean ! piston 1 = 9bar piston 2 = 11bar piston 3 = 9 bar piston 4 = 11 bar piston 5 = 8 bar piston 6 = 8 bar

    right only a little update nothing great ! first off here are my inlet manis after sand blasting ! then got them powercoated black ! then i painted the belt tensioner then the whole lot fitted which i like more then then polished one i think ! lol oh next on my list to do is the cup holders !

    it more sounds like to me that on og the ht leads is not sparking pull one of the ht leads out start it see how it sounds if no change then plug it in pull a different one out start it if there is a change with one of them then its that ht lead ! give it ago !

    thanks d@ver for saving my arse all im saying is that i find looking at a car where the person has taken the time to mod himself i think is worth more of a look then ones who pay for the work to be done ! true not all people have the tools or skills but having go at it even if it turns out shit then you pay for a pro lol when reading like perfomance vw most people in there have alot of money to pay for people to do the work which i think is cheating because people who don t have the money to do half of what they do! im not jealous of those people i just find working on my car meself give me th
