    On my vr I had solid front and competition gearbox. Transformed the car. Currently looking at updated mounts for my 4mo along with a ecs dog bone mount from awesome.

    I love my 4mo they tend to drink slightly more then the mk3 but are still a great car. Make sure it has extensive service history and you should be ok. get some coilovers on and sharpen the handaling up.

    Really easy to do. Did it to mine when having chains done at tonys. Just remove the pump, condensor, radiator and associated pipework. The pipework meets a silver conection block roughly behind the coolant tank when the pipework is removed from here just cover over the holse so no creepy crawlies find there way into your interior and the jobs done. The heating and blowers will still work fine. Had my car like this for well over a year and no problems.

    Take a closer listen to your belt tensioner or possibly timming chains. If you increase the revs does the noise increase/ get faster.

    Tesco 99 is not cheap supermarket fuel and is not made in the same place as there standard fuel or diesel. Have a read and you will find its made somewhere completly diffrent.

    I allways felt the diffrence with v power on the vr and still use power on the 4mo.

    Tesco's 99 is one of the best fuels available was a review of all the fuels online somewhere.

    Dont know what to say mate congratulations on your service to the country or sad times due to leaving after many years. Hopefully you find the job you want to do or setup a sucsesfull bussiness.

    Yep blue one in the pics as craig says easy 1min job if that.

    Very easy job gavin. Just pack well with grease and be carefull removing the abs rings.

    I noticed quite a diffrecne when i fitted the 288s to mine mainly due to the size diffrence in the pads also the calipers are also bigger. I agree with paul about abs and i really dont like it on my 4mo.
