A chain job was done in 2004. VW here in Oslo did that. They fitted doublechains from a OBD1 car, instead off singel chain. And they fitted a OBD1 tensioner. WHY I dont know, When putting the headspacer on it was tight. WHY? OBD1 tensioner is longer and have other threads than the OEM OBD2. Fitted a OBD2 tensioner, and everything was good to go. I did not know about this Tensioner thing, but now I know:)

Ok, some updates... The fitting with my Garrett T04S 60/1 Turbo is very tight. So something needs to be done here. Intercooler mounting: And the very first start up, with a USA ECU from C2 Motorsports: "Yes it looks like im 16 year all over again:)" I was 16 in 1994:) Clip 2: I managed to connect the vacum hoses wrong, so on the forst test drive I had TO much boost. I mean NO traction with a Peloquin i 3rd gear on dry asfalt. Got to 4rd gear, and it was still NO traction at the beggining. Now its some work left to be done. And the car are gonna have 15 psi.

You can see Bosch 440's here:) 21750 miles old: The chain was so damn tight, so I needed a solution.... We fitted a BORA VR5 Tensioner. The VR5 tensioner is a little shorter.. Looking foreward to some more updates tommorow. Its getting late right now. Two pints, and Im heading for bed.

Ok... I removed the pins, and the car "still stock" started perfect with the new C2 ECU. So the kit is going on today. Hopefully start tommorow or friday. Pics will come.

I DO have a ZR2 Charger chip for my car laying around. 9 psi. Maybe that will get it going? And use stock injectors and maf housing?
-
Ok, so I got all the parts that I need now. So when finishing work, it was straight down to the garage to check if the new C2 Ecu was working on my Euro car. OBD2. First we changed the injectors, and was gonna put on the 95mm maf: Then the problem came... Look at the red signs. Plastic pins. "This is the C2 ECU: And look at the red signs here. No plastic pins "My OEM Euro ECU" The plastic pins prevent it from sliding in, Apart from this, all the pins and everything look exacly the same. Dremel was the first thing in my mind. But.. No answer from C2 yet... Its been like this since thursday::

Is he running the 02M gearbox?

I had the VW Motorsport VSR 4 years ago. The "flap" looked like a weak peace. Been reading about Wortexe'rs getting their "flap" loose, and sucked in to the engine. I guess with a Supercharger most people dont run over 10 PSI... But its a very weak mechanism this "flap" switch thing. Anyway, back to topic. The EIP is not worth the money, get some welder to fix your stock manni for you. Save the EIP money.

New rims fitted today:
-
I had only one choice, and that was to but sand in there, because the fire was pretty big. But no damage was done, and I had a couple off rounds on the track just to cool it all down.

Thanx Mates... Updates will come..

For a 12V VR6, the NGK BKR5EKU is OEM and very nice. Ive been driving these for almost 7 years. With Supercharger and no charger. Its working very well. That is my best tip.

I called them. Talked to Chris. I said I want a turbo system for my car OBD2. He said it was not possible to make a chip for my Euro ECU. They needed my car to do that. So they bought a used OBD2 ECU for me, and put their own C2 chip inside. They they logged in to the ECU and custom build it to work with my car. They knew exacly what turbo setup im gonna have, so Jeff from C2 adjusted it all for that. I must say im not 100% sure this will work, until I turn the key. But Jeff told me, that before I install the hole kit I need to make sure it starts with the new ECU. So im gonna fit the 95mm Maf

This looks very good. And white!! I love that colour. Have you guys been thinking the same as me, that white is coming in again as the new cool colour? I mean, look at the new Golf GTI.. And the new S3. Looks awesome in white. And the Cayenne.. Not all cars looks good thoug. Have I missed out on what Turbo parts you are gonna have? -
Im going for the C2Motorsports fuel system. They ship over a hole ECU from USA. They have gone in to the ECU, and removed the stuff we dont need. I have not tried to fit this yet, because Im waiting on the ECU package. But it should be good to go. If not, well...... http://www.c2motorsports.net/fueling_kits.asp

Like ibiVR says, the 440's are perfect for around 350whp. But if I could choose, I would have bought the Delphi 440's. They are not so loud as the green Bosch. Im have bought the green Bosch 440's and Bosch Mtorsport 044 fuelpump. http://www.jayracing.com/index.php?main_page=index&cPath=2_5

Does anyone know for sure, that a US ECU should fit on a Euro car? I do NOT wanna have any "I asume so" answers! Have anyone been trying it out here in Europe before? I have a custom US ECU coming my way soon. Been told from C2 that it should be good to go... If not, I have a problem. Type: BIG!
