  1. SQS do make 02M dogshift aswell:) hehe.. Send them an Email, or call them. They answer very fast, and speak English so you can understand. Complete 02A dog shift box with shipping and everything costs around 5000USD delivered to the door in Norway.
  2. The gearset I bought was Helical. So its not gonna make anymore noise than OEM. The complete Dogshift is straight cut, and costs around 5000,- USD with all included. SQS told me that the helical gearset is pretty much the same as the straight cut. I didnt know Shimmel used SQS boxes. Strange they didnt tell me that. One thing I think is abit strange, is that they didnt change any bearings. They said that the gearbox I sent them was fine, so no need to change so much parts. Some stuff did get changed tought.. But im not a gearbox engineer, they are:)
  3. NGK BKR5EKU. You can get them in a platinum edition as well "BKR5EKUP", but its not worth the money.

  5. I think a user name called Cabzilla on Vortex had a thread about GT35R A/R 1.06 instead off A/R 82....on the VRT. The A/R 1.06 is suposed to work very well. Anyways... SQS sent me mail today. And offcourse the customer should see their product, and offcourse all the parts that they took out, will be shipped back to me with no cost. 02A/SQS/Peloquin:
  6. SQS got my gearbox at 11:00 today. At 16:30 it was done. So I really like the Service and prices. WOW!
  7. Ok, just came home after a 3 our drive. Just picked up my Garrett GT3582R. It was ordered from 034 Motorsport, by a Audi 2.2T tuner, but the turbo was to small for his aim at 750whp. So I got the brand new 35R for a good price. BUT!! Is this a A/R82? The exhaust port where you put the DP on, shows 63mm or 2.5" The exhaust part sais: ATP h4... Some pics
  8. Hehe.. The most important upgrade on a boosted VR engine, should be a LSD diff. The 02A holds up pretty good power, but when we are talking boost over 15 psi, the 02A stand no chance after awhile. I know all about it:) And I dont drive my car like a nut. So SQS is a good way to upgrade.
  9. Thanx Kev. Its gonna be 10-20 psi if the C2 tune allows it all summer:) I must really say, I have never been so exited to a seasson like 2008 ! This is gonna be really great! I cant stress enough the service that SQS has provided with fixing all shipment and everything. Putting the new 02A in the car is gonna be super:)
  10. Ok, quick update. Tomorrow 09:00 my 02A box is to be shipped along to SQS with a new Peloquin for complete rebuild. And I just bought a brand new Garrett GT35R A/R 82 Turbo. So no more A/R 63, and no more power loss over 5000 rpm:) The OZ rims is to get wider outer lips for the back wheels. Let the summer come to me:)

  13. Try to re-adapt the TB with VAG COM. I needed to do the same on my VR this summer. Be sure to use a pretty new version off VAG-COM. Take's around 10 sec to do it:)
  14. A small update. I just bought a used 02A gearbox in ok condition. Gonna ship it to SQS Racing in Czech Republic. They are gonna completely rebuild the 02A with new bearings/seals and syncro rings. They are gonna throw in a forced five gear race kit with 5'th gear from a TDI. SQS take care off shipping and everything. And im gonna send them a Peloquin LSD to install as well. So I hope this will work well, since some 450-600whp Swedish VR6-T's are using this with no issues. SQS gearkit: http://www.sqsracing.com/
  15. Building it as a 4Motion I guess can be alot off work. Im just thinking off fitting the 02M as a FWD. Need, 02M clutch, flywheel, gearshift w/cables, 24V t/stat housing, the custom gearbox mount, 24V start engine and some other stuff. And off course some axels im not 100% sure off yet.

  18. Well, it is alot of other things you need than just the gearbox. So yes, I asume its alot off work, and very expensive. But then again, you are sure it will hold for a good amount off time.
  19. No clue at all. But the 440cc injectors, should cut out at 1.45 bar somewhere.. Thinking off going to fit a 02M gearbox, from the Golf V6 4motion,
