  1. The turbo oil feed you see on the pics is what it has been since 2007. Is it wrong?
  2. Car havent been used since July 2008. Broken gearbox, and a company that have their staff on hospital..... But anyways, stuff can happen, and Im very exited to start doing some real work on it again. Pictures of a real good buddy of mine. It should be even better after some soap and a shower:) Here is a pic of the HORRIBLE oil return hose, that came with the Kinetic kit! It was hard as plastic, and broke right off when I twisted it with my hands. Broke off like hard plastic. DANGEROUS to use!!!
  3. [kevhaywire] 437hp and 428lb ft from 11psi !! F'ck me that's bloody good! You said Brake hp, which assumes a crank figure? Still bloody good though! Well done. That gotta be the highest number Ive heard about at 11 psi. Just WOW!
  4. Its taken awhile to get all this crap. But its starting to take shape. Here are the new toy today: Sachs/Clutchnet pressure plaate Under beneath this disk' date=' it said Sachs. So its a hybrid pressure plate. [img']http://i169.photobucket.com/albums/u215/Maiden-VR6/OZMito9x17001-2.jpg
  5. Car had Schimmel 263 cams and a gt30r t3 1.06 and made 450hp @15 psi and 501hp at 20psi with the C2 Stage 2 fuel kit. Stepping up my game, went with a gt37r. http://forums.vwvortex.com/zerothread?id=4208554&page=1
  6. Got some more in the mail... 24V Tstat housing with 70C termostat USA 12V MK4 wires. Notice the way you can loosen the wires without a tool. 24V VR6 Light flywheel Clutchnet 4 puck, without springs. Its a very good reason why I choose Clutchnet. It can handle ALOT of power, and the price's are good. Its been tested on several VR6 Turbo dragsters in Sweden. I have a Clutchnet pressure plate also, coming in the mail soon. The way to sucsess for FWD cars... Peloquin 02M LSD diff with ARP bolt kit. Bearings and engine parts Need new rings... Its 10x17" et13 right now :$
  7. Buy the DRC 268. Almost the same spec as Schrick 268, but half the price.
  8. Yes. Took a pic from a buddy of mine. He is doing everything him self. Dont mind the engine colour http://www.vr6.nu/forum/viewtopic.php?t=8489&start=180
  9. What about making the front mount as well. So I can buy both from one place, instead off two:)
  10. Get the complete setup from Golf V6 4Motion. That box is stronger than the R32 when it comes to forced induction.
  11. New US order has been sent. Here is what I ordered: 1. Clutchnet x2 red pressure plate, 4 puck solid hub disc and a fourseasion flywheel for 2.8 24V fwd. 2. Tstat housing and a 70C termostat for 24V. 3. Complete engine block gasket set. 4. Glyco complete bearing kit. 5. Timing chain kit 6. Peloquin 02M fwd diff 7. Schimmel Performance head spacer that Bill talked to me so warm about:) So I will get 8.4:1, instead of 9:1 8. Siemens 630cc injectors. So its just to sit and wait for parts, so the rebuild can begin. Parts that needs to wait, but are coming in hopefully before the snow goes away: C2
  12. Hi. I used to run a Garrett T04S a/r 63. T3 I have some things to say about that turbo. 1. It did the job on my 12V, BUT the exhaust housing was to small. 2. So go with a A/R82 Turbo. Cause the 63 was all out off air after 5500 rpm. I tought it was a boost leak, but no. 3. The price is very nice 4. From 1 bar to 1.5 bar its SUPER loud. Louder than full 3" straight exhaust when full boost. 5. I had full boost "1.4bar" at 3200 rpm. 6: Get the a/r 82 :) 7. Dont get the a/r 63, it will destroy your weak 02A aswell. Belive me:) The bottom torque is just unbelivible. Crazy torque from 2800 until
  13. How much will it cost you to put turbo on a 24V engine? How much will the software cost? Have you seen the price's on 24V/R32 turbo parts compared to 12V turbo parts? No doubt the 24V er more efficient than the 12V. But the 12V have been out there for so many years now, that the turbo parts have decent price's. And since you already have a OBD2 engine, go with that. Rebuild it, and have fun.
  14. I think im gonna go for a Southbend stage 4 incl flywheel.
  15. Thanx. After talking to some VR6 Turbo owners in Sweden and C2 Motorsports, I found out that 9:1 is not the best CR to use when the boost is getting high. With the Wiseco and a stock headspacer I will get 9:1 But a Swedish friend had just mapped a 9:1 VR6 Turbo. And beyond 500whp the exhaust temp was just going up, with no whp increase. 8.5:1 is perfect for a VR6 Turbo. So im gonna fit a 9:1 C2 spacer. Ending up with 8:1 Chris at C2 told me, it would be a "safe" way to go. And im sure it is. R32 brakes are next on the shopping list. Then I have alot off work to do on my head.
  16. Thanx Kev. The intension was to go Woessner all the way actually. But I got this for a ok price, right when I had some left over money.. hehe. I asume it will hold up, and the Wiseco's looks very nice in real life. Im still gonna run the C2 42# setup, so 19-20psi should be easy in 2009. See if the C2 630# setup will arrive in the future.
  17. More parts have arrived: R32 02M box, with everything I need from the R32: Newest product from Wiseco, with coating on the side. And a set off ARP main studs:
  18. Im not sure what wide :$ Not sure how exacly I measure it..
  19. NGK BKR5EKU are the OEM. And they work very well. I even used them with a Z-Engineering 9psi supercharger.
