    123,000 no noise well apart from the sticky cam follower lol on a 93 engine chain done at about 110,000 when egine was fitted

    bmc filter and cold feed all the way suspensoin sound good wheels well i got 16" oz, but that is our own choice of style and size and as for exhaust i got a jetex and sound lovely

    400 bhp spudns good to me as im need to take the head off any way to sort out the valve steam seals so as im there i mite as well put the thicked head gasket oand stronger bolts in , wot sot of cams should i run with a turbo or wil starndard be ok ???will i need ot put double valve springs in as well ???

    if i was to run 300 bhp on my vr would i need to up grade the drive shafts as i think i need to and over the winter i want to put a stage 3 chareger on it so if i do ill get them now ... tony

    im using a cold air feed on mine u just have to fint the best route for the pipr and the right angle so they both meet adn dont keep pullin apart when u accelerate
