    Subject to power levels yes. Most go closer to 3" but that makes it tight over the rear axle. You may have to oval the pipe. There is info in tuning section on zorts and fi.

    I am local-ish but cant do this weekend..... Sorry! A click usually means the battery isnt supplying enough charge.. the click usually is a sign of things engaging but not followed through.. So with the battery in check this. Pop the headlights (main beam) on. If they go off when you try to start your battery - then it's shagged! (the battery) Alternately try jumping it off. If starter is ok then it'll start! Are you AA/RAC member??? Finally starter motors are prone (not just VR6 ones) to sticking in the cold. so a good twat as described above can be a real simple fix!
