    I would guess your valve seals /valve guides are shot,and oil are suck through the guides .are your plugs wet ,you using the right plugs ?

    The standard bbs are Radius fit ,are your Borbet the same or conical ? Most aftermarket alloys are conical.

    No harm in bleeding your clutch cylinder to see if you have air ,are your brakes ok ,check your brake fluid level too .

    Faulty sensor . No need to "hack" the MFA for mpg , the in-dash display already shows you mpg,oil temp.,distance travel,etc...

    Are you sure it's the aircon and not the cooling fans that are running because aircon only works with the ignition on,have you replace the thormoatate back the right way round ?

    Hi, Which nipple/valve is the correct one for regassing (DIY) ,The front one next to the radiator or the back one by the bulkhead .I'm told " it's the big one ". I presume one is the inlet and the other the outlet . Cheers

    Looking good mate,don't forget after you've done all your suspension bits ,to get your camber and tracking sorted .It may be a good idea too fitting a set of poly bushes to your rear beam while it is out .

    Do they have Vag-Com or know what it is ? I had a similar exp. from the Stealers ,Took the car in for Full service ,I told them I had a misfire before I handed my keys,after they robbed me they told me I had a misfire .So all in all a very expensive oil change and 2 greased door hinges .

    If it's under the Max and above the Min mark when cold is ok .VR do use oil so it is good to check your oil level once a week.

    I used the big grommit behind the expansion tank I remove the lower clove box and peel back the sound insulation to make life easy . (hello C.)
