    the red top was only around 150. 200bhp is what the 2l turbo kicks out or there abouts. The ecotec will do 140 on the clock but its not that quick at getting there.

    I'd say its worth 5k alday long, probley more, like they say its only worth as much as someone willing to pay, so its a case of dropping on someone who really wants one. if i was to sell it i'd try it at 6k cos you can always be knocked down on the price.

    No i didn't bother this time, i've done them before on another vr i had but i had the use of a four poster ramp then, cos you need to lift the engine off its mount on the o/s to get the front wish bone bolt out and i didn't fancey doing that on the driver at home on the drive.

    Yeah they come in the kit, the only thing i have noticed is the back end seems to slide slightly now when pushing it round corners which i've never had before. but apart from that the car feels better

    Fited them lastnight, its not a bad job really and the car feels alot more positive.

    Whoever has replaced their anti-roll bars, how did you find the job, can it turn into a fiddley job ?? I've bought them and looking at them it seems pretty straight forward ??

    I had the same sort of noise with a raceland de-cat pipe when the engine was under load at low revs. Its as if the metal is too thin and it echos through the pipe

    Same as, and these kits what your buying off the group buys, I know there meant to be a straight forward fit but are you guys finding your having to mess about with brackets or pipes for them to fit propley ???

    Has anyone had a custom code remap on there vr and if so was there much difference ?? Its just i've heard of someone raving on about how different their vr performed afterwards

    Hey i'm not knocking peugeots, i've had a couple myself and our lass has a mint 205 with the MI-16 lump in it and its great. Build quality is upto much but you never see a rotton one on the road.

    206 GTI is 138 bhp and the vts is 130, there wont be much in it between them both but the vts will probley have the edge. MI-16 is 160 bhp for the 1.9 or the later 2ltr was 155bhp, 167 is the gti-6 engine.
