    Ok, bit of a stab in the dark, but if you jack the car up and put it on axle stands, are you not able to disconnect the water rad and slip it out without removing/disconnectint the air condensor?

    The VR's power comes to life at the top end mate! The engine is a fair lump it's self, let alone the wieght of the rest of the car!!

    Hey kat, search option is offline atm due to the probs it was causing. Re-setting the ECU can be done by disconnecting the battery! It needs to be off for half an hour, then re-connect it and turn the ignition on to the first click, just so the lights are on. (do not start) Then leave a further half hour. This will re-calibrate the ECU. If you didnt do the igniton part kat, this may be why it didn't work! Afaik, sharans are OBD2, so it wouldn't work on your car : (
