  1. Perilli P7000 are good from my experience. Very good grip in the wet and dry and available at reasonable prices.
  2. Yeah they're not bad, as said above it your car and if it pleases the eye you should go for it.
  3. I'm quite shocked at the MPG the car gives. Takes time to get used to, unfortunately still not used to it. As everyone says best not to look.
  4. Stroof sorry ta hear that mate. As you said either way you would've been screwed. Well better that it didn't go up in flames and you've managed to salvage some bits.

  9. I got a auto box in my VR. Had a manual in a MKII golf too. Manual's are always nicer to drive, just changing that gears adds more to the drive, but by no means is the auto a slouch. Still love driving the car, esp on the motorways makes life so much easier. Have toyed with selling mine but not sure I could part with it.
