I never put oil additives into my engine... Whats the point of contaminating good synthetic or semi synthetic oil with some 5 quid additive ?! . If they were that good dont you think the major oil manufacturers would already be onto it ?! ?! - after all they spend billions of pounds on research to produce these oils . The 300ZX's are great cars but im not sure id have an auto one - only ever been in a manual and that was fairly rapid but not in a frantic way. Personally i wouldnt touch it with a barge pole - it will just be really thick oil aditive which in turn makes you nice thin viscosity oil thick and therefore less likely to burn..... You can get the same sort of stuff in Halfords for less than a tenner

Give it time Hiten - mine was ok for about a year then it started playing up - luckily i had an Autometer under bonnet gauge on all the time i had it so diagnosis was easy. There also prone to the 4 hex bolts that pass through the main body coming lose - a remedy for this is to fit longer bolts and place a nut on the end of each bolt to prevent them loosening - better than allowing fuel to seep over the hot engine anyhow

Reducing the friction by slowing the pulley speed down will give a slight power increase at the wheels - however just lightening the pulleys wont. Some people reduce the pulley speed when the engine max rpms are increased - ie when lightening and balancing have taken place as due to the higher operating rpms of the engine and therefore where higher ancilary belts speed can lead to cavitiation on the water pump side where it is driven too quickly - in this case undersize pulleys are a good idea.
