Just looked at my history and I did have full VW history before I got hold of it! Didnt realise that. :-) No longer full now though. Id try it anyway as they didnt look at my service pages in the book, just took a copy of the front page with the VIN, paint code, etc on it. Its worth a try.

Had the rust problem with the rear doors too tandino, had progressed to rusting the door a bit! Took it to VW and complained about it and apparently it is covered under the anti-perferation warranty. They sorted the rust on the door and glued metal plates over the affected area. Will post a pick if I get a chance.

Stealth will sort you out but the bits I got were : 323202, 885703 and what ever box you want. I got the letter box style one (885709) :-)

Yep, drilled them out by 2mm and it fits fine now. :-)

Tried using one of the belt pulley nuts but it was to big to go through the holes in the support bracket. Will try enlarging the holes tomorrow. [ Edited Wed Aug 11 2004, 11:27PM ]

Doesnt give much info though. Doesnt say where to attach the support bracket.

Wheres the best place to attach the support bracket too? Though one of the belt pully securing nuts looked good. Having problems undoing the bloody thing though!

So whats the going rate for getting coilovers fitted, along with tracking, camber and anything else that needs doing?

Was just really thinking of the seats. What are the rears like? Dont think ive seen a pic of the rears (not that I can remember). Guess they are a complete no-no.

My car is not a highline, its a '98: Has white pillar trims (want the black ones) Doesnt have vr6 badging on the door rubbing strips Doesnt have the raised centre console (i want!) Has colour coded bumbers and trim like the higlines Has cloth interior (want leather) Should I just get a highline?!? :-)
