Sorry to hear that m8. Had the same happen to me but had the scratch sorted at ChipsAway though. Wouldnt really recommend them though as the finish wasnt eactly great. :-(

The ones I had covered the whole rubber valve and had an embossed porsche logo to go with the wheels. Looked good but I think I will go down the route of the flush fit valves. How much are they and where can I get them from?

Grey text on blue is quite hard to see though. Cant it just be black? Apart from that it looks great. :-) Any chance of making the font scalable as well? So if I change the font size in my browser options then it changes the text size? Just an idea as I run a high resolution (1600x1200) and the text on this site at that resolution is quite small...

Yes, it was valve caps. Paid £10 for a set of 4 porsche crested valve caps. I polished them myself. :-(

Ive had 2 sets. The second ones havnt steamed up as of yet. They are branded ULTRA and the part number is VW24L95. I think I got them from Performance Solutions or Venom at Edition 38...

I seem to be getting this as well. Just fitted my coilovers about 3 weeks ago with new top mounts. I think the noise is more coming from the back though. I though getting the rear axle bushes sorted would have solved it but it hasnt. :-(

Yep! :-) I was worried a bit but the bloke around the local car parts shop said it should be ok as long as my VR is a good atarter normally. :-) Wont leave my lights on again in a hurry. :-)

Maybe its a late VR6 thing as mine buzzes like made when you open the door with your lights on. Maybe its the relay or something that drives the buzzer. Havnt a clue really but when I get a chance I will have a look at my Bentley manual.

Doh! Just left my lights on too long without starting the car. Had main beam on to try and dry out the inside of the lights. Battery is now flat! Do I need to watch out for anything while jump starting the car?
