  1. lol, there was quite a bit about, surprising what a bit of warm weather does for the females 8o) , probably all a bit to young for me tho , but then again who cares . You must have an enjoyable walk to and from work mate!! I didn't realise the bump stops were in them already, must have been what Ali meant by koni shock inserts in the other thread? Saved me a few dollars there mate, cheers 8o) Will defo get the top mounts tho.
  2. I've always found goodyear eagle f1's to be very good in wet and dry conditions, they probally wear down quick tho cos they are quite soft, even worse if you have a slow puncture which you have to keep punmping up every couple of days!!!! [ Edited Fri May 28 2004, 06:26PM ]
  3. I have, they arrived today. I was surprised, cos when i'd read 9th june, I thought they would all get sent out together then, idiot!!!!! Now all I's gotta do is get some bump stops and on they go. Also, nearly forgot, thanks once again to Adam for all his hard work in sorting this out, top job mate [ Edited ]
  4. You don't wanna worry about those small amounts mate, 6.5k owed to parents, 6k on credit cards, £420 into overdraft before I got paid. I don't have a house tho, so I don't have that expense.
  5. Justin, I know you may be gettin help from Tom with the install, but if he or you ain't got any crimp connectors for that extra proffesional look, then I got loads and you are more than welcome to have some mate, just give us a shout :-)
  6. lol, all my x-rated stuff is kept elsewhere mate.. Pete, i've found this recently, not really that bothered, but it would be nice to know why eh. I did have 14 sent messages, now i've got nine, and I had 10 recieved, now i've only got 8. Actually less cos i've deleted a few. It maybe my computer, cos the last few days i've had to log in each time I enter the site, (I haven't been clearing out my cookies file). Also alot of the time I get the unread thread re-appear, even though all the threads have been read, and sometimes I get loads of threads as read even though I haven't? Sorry to hijack t
  7. It would be even better if they don't delete by themselves. ;-)
  8. I don't really like sony head units, (don't take this personally pls :-) ) but of the three i'd agree with Tommy as well.
  9. Stevenage, I can remember some mad runs to United Dance at the leisure centre there in years gone by %-6 :@ [ Edited Wed May 26 2004, 12:30AM ]
  10. Running a sub in a box will give lots of bass, i'd say that 6x9's would begin to distort if you crank it up. (but it also depends on what music you want to listen too, I like D&B and techno which needs lots of bass and needs to be loud, IMPO) I run a 12" kicker comp sub in a box with Kenwood 6x9's in a stealth shelf, all running off sony 400 watt amp,(sub on low pass, and 6x9's on high pass), simple but effective. Comps for the front is definately the next move tho. Not too good with model numbers, but I think Alpine hu's are the best.
  11. Mine always gets up to 100 after abit, seems to be about the norm acording to other threads on this subject mate. My water temp always sits in the middle as well, never been any further than that. Mines done 57k. How about yours?
  12. Just to confirm then, powerflex ok for arb's, wishbone etc, o.e. for bumpstops and top of suspension....Correct?

  16. No probs at T&M the mate, sounds like a good figure, sweeet!
  17. I would say it should go off when you rock the car, however if you leave your car on a road you don't want it going off when every car or truck goes by! Its difficult to say. And yes the little box on the windscreen is the keyfob receiver. The proximity sensors should be hidden away, usually in your handbrake cover.
