It may sound silly but have you checked the lights have been connected back up to the loom...if so you could use a test lamp to see if any power is getting to the lighting plugs..this would be a start anyway!
Ive got the standard vw one fitted logic 950 total closure it works well and doesn?t go off when it shouldn?t....A friend had his alarm fitted on his skyline by Suffolk alarm systems. Their mobile and he couldn?t sing the praise enough they are also very competitively priced www.suffolkalarms.co.uk hope this helps
I use auto glim and wonder wheel....ive never had a problem getting rid of brake dust with these products...I also use break dust barrier after as it helps protect the wheel against further build up of grime......Ive found that the trick is to clean the wheels one a week as the grime doesn?t take as much of a hold thus they come up like new every time
Don't worry beng.....I think you will find that?s quiet normal....mine does that but you only notice it with the bonnet up, not down....ive looked at many vr's before I bought mine all with low miles and full vag history and they all sounded the same!
Just had a look at mine...the engine no is on a sticker on the passenger side suspension turret and stamped at the back of the engine bay by the plastic scuttle panel!
Has the car always felt like this? IMO the vr does feel flat off the mark up to 2500rmp in 1st gear....i ride the clutch a little in first which normally helps if i want a quick start!
My mate paid about £60 quid...but that was a few years ago......justin there used to be a place in Manningtree that could recharge aircon systems....other than that the yellow pages is full of mobile units
Well the rr is wrong for starters it should be a 40 profile on a 17inch rim...you can run 215s but they may rub especially if lowered or with passengers in the back, most people run 205s as that?s what the vr's have standard!
