Only way to tell a real highline is to look on the logbook......it will say highline on it?...there are a lot of people who sell a late vr with optional air con and heated leather as a highline when its not, Highline s were only ever made in two colours diamond black pearl or purple violet pearl with purple leather, They all had wooden gear sticks and chrome over black badges?. they did dent have the plastic box section skirt seen on standard models Some people say that the highlines are mapped different But iam not 100% sure on that?. finally they had six spoke bbs wheels rather than the bbs

Quite agree....You tend to find that you will upset the way the car handles......The car can become more prone to tram lining on certain road surfaces....saying that aim after some 17s but would keep my 15s for track days [ dsc00569n.jpg ]

At the rr day I attended all the cars suffered the same thing...apparently the rr spins out the abs sensors or something like that :?

Welcome to the club ....mine is doing the same... plugged it into vag com to reveal a faulty rear wheel speed sensor.....when my light comes on the abs stops working.....I know ive tried....vw want £67+vat for a new one...You can sometimes clean them ive been told! [ low.jpg ]

Fair play..........great result.....what exactly did they do to the carbon canister.....when I put mine on vag com it come up with an intermittent fault....also what did they do to the filter....might get one after all 8)

Adam with the Audi bought a Sony mp3 player for £180ish....good sound and it does what it say on the box.... Ive got a Sony cdx1000tf, has the same as the above but it has a tft screen with more advanced audio settings...I got it at a car show in the summer at a discount price £379..At the time they were selling the same unit for £599 in most of the car audio shops in Colchester...it has now come down in price now think its about £400, go on line as there alot cheaper..check out www.msc-direct.co.uk or bass junkies.com all of them advertise in that dodgy mag max power

Sounds like its on its way out m8......Mine did that just before it died, first it jumped for no apparent reason, then it just stopped playing cd ......So I went out and bought an mp3 player, if you download music its the way forward...I can now fit about 6 albums on one cd..Saved me carrying lots of cds in the car, got mine from mcs direct and found them much cheaper compared with the high street stores
