    i think lot of it is down to the driver.......on paper the type r is quicker so if two driver's who know there own cars have a rip chances are the quicker one on paper will come out top.......any v-tec need's to be worked hard...unless the driver does this he will always be at a disadvantage

    there's always the armco to worry about %-6 lol......that why i'd take the 16v.................ive never driven on a track so it will be "all the gear and no idea" .......as long as i get round in one piece i'll be happy .....it may take me most of the day to do it though

    Like the others say don?t bother with cheap chips..............as for the viper filter the advantage of an enclosed filter is it reduces the hot air drawn in...the viper kit looks the same as the bmc but £70 quid more...as for the piper cross cone filter,?. minty's old vr had an amd re map piper cross cone filter and a supersprint exhaust all together making for a huge improvement over my standard vr...with regards for generic chips, I?d personally avoid them as no two engines are the same, a generic chip works on standard factory parameters where by a remap will be suited to just your engine

    justin's are not chromed..there pollished......................you can use up to 2000 as a finishing paper....then using an electric buffer with a good metal pollish to get that bling finish

    Ive had an indicated 150 once but I can?t see mine doing much more in standard form plus how accurate is your speedo going to be at those sort of speeds anyway

    GT3 Or GT2 for me 8) and or a TVR 8) .................scooby may be quick but they are just as common as the old XR3i with nearly as much class too ....not my cup of tea
