  2. Never trust a oil light. Put a gauge on it. It could be one of two things going on. Most likely it is the oil pressure switch located on top of the oil filter housing. They do go bad once in a while and when the light comes on it cuts out your fuel pump to protect the motor from people that ignore dash lights. Option two, oil pump. It could be worn out and not producing enough pressure at idle. Option three. Clogged oil pump pick up tube or screen .Its not that hard to pull the oil pan and check. How many miles do you have on the motor ,and how many since the turbo install? Sent from my iPad

  3. well that was a PITA to find this problem but think ive finally found the cause. the bit of pipe that joins the 2 exhaust manifolds together is leaking so one can assume that the lambda is picking up more oxygen in the exhaust , so that is telling the ecu to dump more fuel in to compensate the extra oxygen, hence the lean misfire when warm.just need to try seal it at the weekend ? any ideas on how I could seal the little nuts on the exhaust manifold the the joining pipes go into? cheers

  10. Quick update of the prepping progress this week. First of all I decided to roll the front arches only slightly so that hopefully the wheels won't rub lock and if it does it won't rip chunks out of my nice new continentals! Or ruin the wing, but I wanted to keep the splash guards so I just rolled the top of the arch over a bit and the splash guards should still sit behind the lip, sorry about the crap photos! Hope you can make it out before; After; Finally got a longer bolt for the front engine mount, good old eBay! Then started blocking all of the flat areas with 240 grit, loving spending tea
