So I ordered one half shell with part number 03H 105 701 EGLB and I can confirm that these are indeed the R36 coated bearings.
You need 6x 03H 105 701 EGLB and 6x 03H 105 701 EROT. 

Immobiliser was taken off when I had the map done
Got the new ecu tried and it's firing up now but new ecu needs immobiliser taking off
So ecu was at fault

Hopefully this gets the rust bucket started once I've had the chip swapped over

After a few small set backs like relocating the maf, a few shows and the arrival of this little one; Say hello to Lennie, I'll have I'm in a lowered little tykes car soon....in red of course! Anyway I managed to get a day booked off work and a mapping session booked at Stealth, the car runs the Ecu from the black Vf charged car so it was half way there! It drove ok but had a big flat spot around 3.5k, after speaking to Vince he assured me he could map it and get it running right. I was expecting 270-280bhp and nearly fell over half way through when Vince told me it'd be probably make 300+, well chuffed! It ended up at 307bhp and drove back brilliantly in between traffic and artics not letting each other over take so I did 56-57mph all the way across the A14!! F+#%ing lorry drivers!

If you get a twin nozzle kit I'd highly recommend doing the pre charger set up
As the air is compressed it is getting hotter so having the water sprayed straight away the whole set up will run more efficiently/cooler

I made my own kit years ago and got the got the nozzle from Aquamist and recently on the old golf diesel I did a pre turbo set up with a nozzle from Devils own
There all basically the same using the same surflow pump
I found the Devils own nozzles/jet to work better than the Aquamist one but it costs bit more if buying separately
I'm a huge fan of water/meth but if it gets mapped with a 50/50% mix you have to make sure you always have the same as meth is also a fuel so a variation in the mix ratio can have an effect on AFR
It's good to use the methanol as it lowere the tension of the water so it atomises better than just pure water
But be sure to handle methanol with care as too much skin contact can make you go blind

I've been using tha one sided belt without any problems on the 24v

Ive got eibach pro kit which is 30mm iirc

But they been on there years so settled and got a few bits in the boot
Best to get uprated shocks with the springs

As above but depends on how good your charge cooling is like
How big/efficient your intercooler/charge cooler is
What fuel you use
How good it's mapped
Water meth injection
The cams will iirc lower the dynamic compression too
Have you done a compression test or a leak down test?

Ive just made/mixed some 103octane fuel in the zaf and turbo starts to spool up quicker an got full boost nearly 500rpm sooner and with high iat it don't have any knock/detonation
Miles better than the methanol mixes I've used before as it has higher energy content per unit than methanol (think bit more than petrol too)
just this stuff is not easy to get hold of due to its other uses lol

How about the coolant temp sensor does that normally read slightly higher when on its way out???

You never know it might play the vr6 tune through the stereo like the new Clio lol
