  1. as title, i have no interior in mine and no underlay! no water gets in but when its cold its steams up inside! any reason why?? golf mk3 vr6.

  4. weird you havent got the 3x holes for the studs either!! ive got a mk3 vr6 crossmember you can have if you want with the correct hole, im located on the surrey / kent border so close to you! £10 if you want it!
  5. you cant get off the shelf parts for z-engineering chargers as all there parts were custom made! theres a thread on them on edition38.com about these chargers!
  6. so i went to view a supercharged vento vr6 yesterday. loads of engine mods like conrods, racing clutch and pistons but no history to back it up, not even rolling road printout. its got a z-engineering charger on it, pulleys looks ok and i could dig my fingernails into the teeth so didn't feel worn in my opinion, with the boost hose off to the air filter and MAF there was a bit of oil or more like a bit of sludge in there, couldn't check the shaft for play as the belt was still on it! now it was dark so couldn't check for loads of smoke, but when he revved it hard on the drive a few times i c
  7. as title going to look at one. reg is - M230 NPK and is white?? anyone got any details on this and MOT history as i think there is a site you can check this on! or do a HPI test on it for free?
  8. right looking at a supercharged vento today, just worried about the charger as i want to put it on my golf vr6 so dont give two shits about bodywork. its a z-engineering charger so parts are hard to come by. 1. what do i need to look at on the charger? like a turbo do i need to check for play in the shaft? 2. what oil do i use in the charger?? 3. while its off i want new auxillery belts, who can make these up? 4. the car has green injectors so any idea what PSI pulley it will be running? 5. its a OBD1 car as if my golf vr6, can i just bolt the supercharger straight on and drive or

  10. as title? ive got a 312mm mk4 golf conversion on my VR6 mk3, do the r32 mk4 334mm disks and calipers go straight on?? ive got 16 inch auto mk1 tt alloy wheels.

  13. mk3's dont have a rear lower arm????? maybe axle your talking about. search poly bushes for the fronts and experience with them, over time they push themselves out!

  17. as title, ive done a few mk3 golf vr6 / gti rear wheel bearings and brake disks where you smash the bearing shim into the new disk with a socket etc, is it exactly the same procedure for the mk4 gti golf??
