    I can't even sign up to it, it the most awkward registration system ever! Plus I haven't got a passport so in the rules and regulations it says I'm not allowed lol

    There is a website where u can see if a car is insured but enterin the reg number, so can see if it's still on the road, can't remember what it is tho, will try n find out
