[/blockquote] nah aint sourced a manifold yet,just hoping to get one soon as im stuck without one but not bothered what side the throttle's on as long as it fits and works

  5. after fitting i've realised that the manifold & throttle aint going to fit,i've seen a setup with the cold side on the passenger side and facing downwards,so now im asking for help/suggestions peeps

  11. got a 1.5mm spacer and used two normal gaskets from eurocarparts,i couldn't find the correct metal gasket to fit engine AAA
  12. could be a leaking hose mate,when you're not using the car put some cardboard under it to see exactly where its dripping from..

  15. yeah,just waiting on manifold and injectors,should be here on monday,as for clutch i'll explain when you pop round mate
  16. could be the gauge then if you've changed the sensors but as long as your fans cut in then you should be ok hopefully
  17. got some work done today,de-compression plate in and head back on,chains on,tensioner on,lower manifold,coilpack and aux water pump,now my backs killing me with all that bending....
  18. thats what we call the crack pipe,it runs from the water pump to the thermostat housing,it does have O rings and the T piece that goes to the oil cooler is prone for cracking hence the name (crack pipe),replace the O rings and see how it goes mate but if you've got a mayo looking substance on the oil filler cap or dipstick it could be a head gasket
