    i think i read somewhere that there would be probs with the manifold not 100% sure on this though

    try bleeding with the engine running i had to when i had this prob and it sorted it enough till (b road blaster) bled the abs pump for me

    i also read that an R32 crank fits in to the 12 valve lump when adding a blower?

    ive just checked mine and the side light is in the inner one nearest to the grill this is also the high beam and the outer is dip beam well unless they are round the wrong way lol

    there the high beam mate have you checked the bulb`s and wires going into it under the rubber cap

    id connect the brown but the others are probably for other fitments ive got all of them un conected the same apart from the brown earth wire....

    is the pipe your on about about 10-15 mm in dia? and does it go up from the c/pipe or down to silver box with a a big black nut on the front??

    yes they do i was going to buy the seat wheels you are on about and fitted them then didnt buy them lol

    ive been looking into these for my project like you not looking for a rocket ship and these ko`s do look good for a diy..i read an article on a vr in the eu somwhere running two ko3`s and all seemed good ?
