    the full name is quantum synta silver i use a 5w.40w by quantum but its a bit thin but can get the above from vw or tps

    right got friday and monday off so all set for this, mark im going to try and get the top mounts and bottom ball joints sorted before hand so if the offer for a hand and a bit of fabbing to sort the bottom ball joints is still avail would be great

    have you tried a search for garages equipped with super tracker machines they are anew state of the art 4x laser wheel alignment + camber got mine done couple of weeks ago full on screen digital printouts the works?
