You have to take the pillar trims off and drop the headliner down, its not a difficult job but you have to be careful as the clips holding them on snap if you look at them, also have to be careful you don't put a crease in the headliner if only dropping one side.

Go to a scrap yard, cut the plugs off with a few inches of cable left an just solder them on yourself, its super easy, solder them together then heat shrink the join.

look at the sensor end of your maf, it will either be a wire or a circuit board looking tip. It needs to be the same type. Its the easiest way to get the right replacement. If you get a genuine one they are an exchange part, I got a gen one for £55, that was a couple of years ago but its still cheap.

Have to say they look way better without the bolts. You gonna be welding the floor bungs up with plates then? They are terrible for rotting out, check right under the length of the sills and under the door seal rubbers too. You still have the standard exhaust manifold too? It makes a nice VR warble, do you think this is mainly due to the decat? Mine has never really made that warble, mine just roars straight out the exhaust, it sounds pure evil but I want the warble lol

Have you seen the consumer app (rather than technician) for I think at least Audi that is augmented reality, you point it at something on the car and the screen fills up with information of what it is etc
