lol well i like them so there dont know bout the brittish winter tho with them so will prob get some 16" tt comps so watch this space 2-3 weeks an ill have them just gta tell the missus now might lie slightly bout the price lol

soz forgot to say its actually pressed into the timing chain cover i knocked it out gently and then used a block of wood to spread the weight so it would go in straight without wrecking it......................................seriously if i can do it anyone can

the rear main oil seal is the gearbox side behind the flywheel and the front i would assume is behind the crank pulley....mine was leaking oil out really badly which fooked ma clutch...it wasnt that bad to change, u have to take the gearbox off and the clutch and flywheel then i had to remove part of the thermostat housing to allow u to take the lower timing chain cover off. if u havnt had ur chains and guides done now would be the time as its all in front off you and also the clutch aswell seen as its off it took me 2 days to do all of this only replaced all of that as it made sense instead o

I have a dubpower set and havnt had any probs with them also using bosch super plus plugs. result - runs much better and smoother than when i had ngk ones in....

lol its had a bad run at the mo but still love ma vr just wish that instead of fixing it every week i could save for ma turbo. but nevermind i will get round to it

well 4 days without anything breaking and then 2day was giving it some in 2nd hit a pothole and bang the driveshaft drivers side spat all the bearings and sheared straight of the gearbox 4 days after the passenger one went .................

hey all was looking at my m8s vr6 eairler and noticed that the front passenger wheel leans out at the top a bit he said its always had a pull to the left when nomal and when u accelerate it pulls straight then when u back off it lunges back in to the left and is wearing more on the ns edge.......any ideas cheers

ive never used tescos fuel after the probs i had with ma astra 888 cost me a fortune to fix i just stick to shell v-power

i recently had this missfire i tryed everything and it was a wire had pulled out of the loom multiplug and wasnt making a connection.........worth a look tho ... -
ha soz ppl sorted one of the pins on the loom multiplug had bent so straightened it and it ran fine lol oh well nevermind least it has new coilpack plugs and leads

ok here we go changed the clutch last week engine was running fine when i put it in my garage changed the clutch and flywheel put the car back 2gether and was missing on plug 1 + 6 so put new bosch super plus plugs in new leads (ebay) lol ....and was still missing also stunk of petrol from exhaust and a lot of smoke from the exhaust checked the coil and there was cracks all over it so boughta coilpack of someone on here who told me they had checked it on there car for me so just fitted that and still missing havnt pulled the leads yet as am pissed right off still got a slight lack of power,

my m8 has a 4mo an i can tell u in speed theres nothing between them on the motorway from 60 upwards i was actualy pulling away slightly but off the line he was slightly quicker. and after driving his i thought ma vr was more responsive in the corners and defo sounds better lol the 4mo was silky smooth tho and had full recaro leathers in... up 2 you really m8 both are cracking cars and i would buy a 4mo

my vr is on 174000 miles and feels better than the 1 i had a few yrs ago make sure the chains and guides have been done tho ive just done mine it will be the 3rd time they have been done now

ive neary completed forzza 2 only the endurance races to do now. i cant wait for forzza 3 and the missus wants them to never release it lol
