  1. Have a look here, theres loads, you just need to know what size you want http://shop.ebay.co.uk/i.html?_nkw=grommets&_frs=1&_trksid=p3286.c0.m359
  2. I've noticed one of my HT leads arcing onto the head, rear left, anyone know why?
  3. I would say so, don't see why not
  4. The first thing I would do is to unplugg the pressure sensor thats located on the condencer down by the front bumper and bridge two connections on the plug (with engine running), either 1 and 2 or 3 and 4, If the fan doesnt kick in then its fucked, if it does then you may have a faulty pressure sensor. hope this helps!
  5. You could try angling the reels around to the normal position, and the belt should come out freely, that should work, unless you've tried that?
  6. I understand the laws, I was just telling what happened the other day when my mate bought some from there, with no docs, I'm not sure if it was just a case of a member of staff not fully understanding the laws, even though she did say they were legal because the place of manufacture and the serial number are shown on the plates. bit of a grey area I think.
  7. For pressed plates from Dubmeister you don't need a driving licence or anything, just money! As far as them being road legal, they personally told my mate that they are, but they could just be making it up?
  8. The standard OE clutch pressure plate is supposed to withstand torque of 406 NM so they can handle a lot, just get Sachs!
  9. Carfolio says 1240kg for the corrado and 1155kg for the golf, so corrado's have 153bhp per ton and golf's have 150bhp per ton, no major difference really!
  10. I managed to get 40mpg average last week in my VR6, was taking it really really easy on a 210 mile motorway jurney, never went over 70mph.Having a fucked clutch helped!
