    Money Mot is next week and i went online to look at past advisories to see if all the work was ever done. Looks like i could be needing 2 rear wheel bearings, 2 rear axle bushes, and welding. so could turn out to be very expensive either that or new car time.

    Ha insurance doesnt go down by large amounts untill your 25. Should make a slight diffrence tho.

    There not bone shakingly hard but definetly stiff. Obviously not as comfortable as standard or high end coilovers.

    Hot tunning are the ones i have paid £160 direct from hot tunning. wellworth the money handles so much better they are pretty hard tho but that doesnt worry me. Cant complain for the price and they have a 3 year warranty.

    I was explaining what the soket in the gloevbox is used for. It just turns imobiliser off iff your key fob batterys have died.

    You put the alarm fob into the the socket in the glovebox when your fobs batteries have dies and you need to disable the imobiliser. When i brought my car the fob battery ws dead so used to unlock the car with the key then plug fob into the glovebox then start car.

    Yes me again mate if i keep it il need spacer plate fitting towards end of the year.

    Also depends what they try and prosecute you for. If your are being done for speeding there is no way out. But i did no a really rich lad who got caught at 145mph in a e46 m3. He was being prosecuted for dangerous driving. He spent a lot of money on a very good layer who got BMW to write a letter stating that the e46 m3 is capable of safely handaling 155mph limited and that 145 is well within its limits. The judge had to drop the case as there was not enough evidence against him for dangerous driving and as police didnt do him for speeding he was let off. This is honest altough very rare.

    Plead you need car for work and get them to back you up. This happended to my friend he was caught at 98mph overtaking a undercover cop car after only 3months of driving. He got 5 points and £200 fine.

    Chains cost around £1000 - £1500 at a garge but if you no someone who can do it for you the parts are around £300 including a new clutch which is worth doing at the same time as its easier to take gearbox of to do chains. Its all worth it in the end but dont believe that these cars are reliable.

    should hold 5.5 litres all together if the car is standard

    Have you checked the oil? as if its low when you accelerate it will go towards the back of the sump and may cause oil starvation which is causing the light to come on.

    Im desperatly trying to get some money for this as been waiting for ages to go to this. Only just been taken on offically by work and have to work a month before i get paid. So got to make 1 weeks pay last 4 weeks and get MOT. If i can get some money sorted i will be there. Fingers crossed
