  1. Was looking at secondhand chargers but looks like i could turbo it for less so undecided at the second. Think supercharhing would be the easiest option to be honest though. nice and simple to fit and maintain.
  2. Couple of pics of the latest additions Spacer plate and head bolts. Need to get myself a metal headgasket now and and various other bits.

  6. So you went from the 2.5inch down to 2.1/4 inch. Noticable increase in torque.
  7. Engine flush can cause damage to the bearings so i wouldnt bother if i was you.

  9. Could also be temp senosor. As it wont give enough fuel when cold and therefore wont start. Think its the blue sensor on thermostat housing.
  10. So the b Bm short shift replaces the shifted tower if thts the case I'm getting one.

  14. Thought acc is when ignition is turned on but not started.
  15. The throttle cable runs through the firewall and hooks onto the butterfly on the throttle body it may have come off and needs reconecting
  16. Get a long metal screwdriver and press the end against the running chain cover and your ear to the other end and listen for a metalic resonating sound.

The 044 is a horribly noisy pump and is external, so needs all the external fitting parts to go with it. If you're going for 10psi, the Walbro in-tank pump Stealth sell is more than up to the job! [/quote'] Ah i see no worries so a walbro pump and by the looks of other threads red top injectors. Gota find a good supplier for red top injectors now then.

  23. Looks like i will leave my Fuel regulator along and buy a Bosh 044 fuel pump. Will prob have to get some larger injectors as im wanting to run 8psi with a rotrex hopefully just under the 300bhp mark.
