  1. I have the polystyrene casing if your i need of one.
  2. with the fuel tank i just cut it right back so it sits above the fiel tank. I would imagine it to be ok, nothing can get up there, its rather inclosed.
  3. how come you had a 8v in there in the first place, did it used to be a vr??
  4. would a m62 give a nice bit of extra power or would it be put on and leave you feeling like it doesnt work right. if you know what i mean. if a m62 boosts ok and doesnt drop and feel wrong id give one of them for a go. Would be happy with say 230/40 brake.

Without sounding stupid here or menaing to hijak, on this eaton charger, is the Square hole where you would bring the air in, and then push it out where the current tb is, so you would remove the tb and make a plate over the square leaving a whole for a air pipe?? then custom mounting and the moving of a few ancileries?? and a map and belt. http://i357.photobucket.com/albums/oo19/72van/Charger/DSC00114.jpg
  6. this happened to me, and a few others i belive, its the little metal welds that break, see if you can find the broken bit and get kwik fit to weld it up?? Sure they have welders??
  7. i mean are there not numbers on the actual connector (at the end of the wire which then plugs onto the injector) surely you only changed injectors, you didnt remove the connectors from the wires?? I may be wrong and the numbers are on the plastic runner, but i do think they where on the connectors themselfs. sorry if im wrong and not being helpfull at all.

  14. yeah 90 is right for the vr6, i had it before on one of my first engine changes, jhad it happen twice. Was just a air lock. the first gear thing im not too sure,
