  1. follow the wires from the immobilizer box, all wires are typically black. follow them to wires that arent black, and cut and join the wires they join to. Color for color. So if there are 4 black wires, leading to 2 red wires and 2 green wires. Cut the 4 black wires and join them so the 2 green wires join again and so that the 2 red wires join again.
  2. Typical aftermarket systems will cut the fuel pump and the switched live to the ECU.
  3. What part of the test did it fail on, do you have any figures?
  4. All removed from a head before it was cut up for demonstration purposes, As long as postage is covered you can have them!
  5. What boost are you running in that video?
  6. If the crank position sensor has failed then the injectors can not be firing!
  7. We have a box of valves(used) hanging about if this is any use?
  8. Put a picture up of the parts you were sent - Then you will get a definative answer!
  9. Only reason to ever bore a block is to get a clean bore for new rings to cut in. If you have a perfect 81mm bore block with no wear or lip then use it (a million in one chance) Only ever bore an 81mm block to 82mm and consequently a 82mm block to 83mm.
  10. 83mm isnt a problem atall. We have tuned to passed 500whp with this bore diameter.
  11. Out of interest, what is the cost of the adapter plate? Edit: $210 - £140 plus postage and taxes.
  12. Its not the crank sensor if the injectors are firing and the fuel pump is running!
  13. OBD1 vs2 - sometimes they have a different connector. OBD2 doing the 16 pin one, Sometimes really early OBD1 cars have whats known as a 2x2 connector. Rosstech sell the adapter for this too.
  14. http://www.ross-tech.com/ Dont buy a cheap copy one from ebay.
  15. All the pictures show mk4 parts! Good luck with that!
  16. Made 485whp with 2.5" boost pipes here!
  17. What boost was used to make that power? Do you have the Wheel figures?
