    215 is still a bit wide.. As Rick says stick to 205.. Should not have any issues then..

    Mate, Check 1-the pipe that goes to the Cannister as that may have a leak..as Xyber says you may have a Vacum leak.. 2-Check the throttle itself as the Plastic circular that holds the cable maybe split as seen on a few Vrs.. 3-Try cleaning it, remove the Intake pipe off the Throttle, check throttle flap for dirt around the area as it may be causing it to close slowly!

    Back again for the next MEET of 2010, North/Northwest London VAG owners..... 7-00pm till late ! The meet will take place at the normal spot BIRCHEN GROVE NW9, Just off Blackbird Hill. Situated between Neasden/Wembley. Time- 7-00pm till late, MAY 17th. As the meet was very busy last month, We suggest you get there early to avoid the traffic in Parking your vehicles... CAN YOU PLEASE DRIVE DOWN THIS ROAD SLOWLY AS IT IS A RESDENTIAL STREET.     Disconnect the Air Flow Meter.. See if theres any difference, Car should run on SAFE mode.. Will be lumpy for the first 20 sec...

    Pipes?? Told yaa, change the oil! Plus you have a Decat-will happen!!

    Check the AUX Pump, Just above the C/P at rear, 2 Pipes connected, after some while they tend to leak, or some dont! Double check on it mate!

    Mate, Every time Ive done one, always used a bit of Dirty oil on it! Make sure you get a small Blade and swipe it round the head to remove any small pieces of the old gasket thats sittin there!!! (h)

    Can be anything to do with Ht Leads to Plugs... Its not getting enough spark to fire.. When did you change the Plugs last.. If it was the coil pack playing up, you would notice the Car missing etc..!

    Most of the time a leak like that would be the R/cover.. Not a difficult job, Take you about 1hour n half tops to do!

    Yeap...Belfast.. Was the first time Gethin and Crew down this show.. Was absolutley FAB... Crowd welcomed my mate Leon and I, as we were judges there.. Our category was the Mk2/3 Golf section... This has probably been the best show Id ever been too, as there was-NO CHAVS, RUDE BOYS, OTT CARS. PURE OEM Quality- No MaxPower!! Everyone was attitude free, freindly as hell!!! Well enuff of my jibber jabber, let the pics do the talking... PS.. Only downside was listening to Leon snorr on the plane on the way back!!-LOL!!! Gethins Motor... Show Organiser...     John, Had to double check on a few things... Jeez, i got confused dot com, At first thought it was Cross member, thats why I called you to check...LoL.. You will see what I mean by Pic below... Checked the exhaust section, but cannot remember if i took that beam off!!!??;as I didnt find nothin! Checked EKTA again this mornin and found it! Part no-191898335-Strut for Floor Plate!

    The VR6 itself was never designed for 18's. You will loose quite a bit of handling and performance, and I reckon you will constantly knock the Cambers out as well!
