    I done 3 runs today & was doing 9.2ish secs average! thats 3rd rolloing at 60 then floored it with a change to 4th at about 92 then on to 100 happy with that for a almost standard vr!!!

    F**KIN C**TS :@ I used to have a mk3 driver two years ago when i was 18(please dont laugh) :$ was going to turn it into a vr replica as i couldnt insure the real thing! Parked it in a carpark 1 night & some thieving W**KER broke the side window & lock to get in, then thought it would be funny to take a new shirt my g/friend had bought me back to river island & get a full cash refund! (li) :@ (li) trust me when i say know how you feel! Got the window & that sorted then next week the box went bang, wasnt ment to be :^)

    Im running toyo proxes t1-s's all round & all i can say is they r wicked in the rain, not sure bout in the dry as i aint ad them that long,compound is very soft so i dont think they are going to last very long :-(

    Thought the funny noise coming from my engine bay was the belt tensioner but turns out to be coming from my head, its a very loud rattle sound around 2000rpm then goes away when reving higher *-) maybe one of my tappets is failing??? Its coming frm the airbox side of the head defo right up the top of the engine to... ne ideas would be very helpful thanks people :S

    Yea think you guys are spot on, it coming from the small pully next 2 the alternater(tensioner i think, but it is dark) (s) Has ne1 every changed 1 before & if so is it an easy job, need 2 get it done as its pi**in my life off big time :@ thanks for the rapid replys every1

    Driving along today with my stereo off(very unsual)& couldnt help but notice how bloody noisy it is, not air filter or exhaust sound i mean rattle/chain type sound! makes a kind of grinding sound around 2000rpm but okish throughout the rest of the rev range :-# Before you all state the obvious like how much oil the car has in it i can say the oil was only changed 3000 miles ago which was the vw silver main dealer stuff & the car has only done 44,000 miles *-) Noise is coming from the airfilter side of the engine, top of the head.

    Nice 2 meet the usual bunch of vr members, good 2 meet jake at long last 2, sorry i didnt c ne1 b4 i went but i couldnt c ya! Bit pis*ed i couldnt run as it would bin nice 2 join in wiv earwig & TG fink mark dun a 15.6 so hes gettin closer 2 my best time :-p Would of bin nice 2 c sum more members up there though :-( always next time i suppose! Well dun donna 4 doin the strip, i aint even run the pod yet

    ahhh... Can i remove it wiv no adverse affects 2 my car as i want 2 run a cold airfeed pipe around that area? only ask this as ive herd of people removin them wen chargin 4 room etc... mine is still n/a does this matter? *-)

    does the car feel abit slower than usual or maybe not quite runnin right(only slighty though)? my car started doin just wot urs is & over a few weeks the performance started 2 die off & woz runnin sh*t, turned out 2 b cam sensor fu*kin it up, replaced it job dun

That way I won't have to get the office chav to translate the drivel you post up. Yes that's very true, i must apologise for my absurd language, as you seem to be somewhat out of touch with text abbreviation, i'll try my best to be more considerate knowing that you'll be reading it.     i spoke 2 just matz yest & they quoted me £55 4 a set of bbs ones,bit fu*kin expensive if u ask me,got sum off fleabay 4 £27,not bbs just a plain black set wiv a silver vw print in the middle,simple but fresh & clean lookin i fink

    every 1 rates milltec big time,2 months of avin mine it went rusty on the welds & its cum apart on the joins a few times which mad it blow :-( not £400 worth at all!
