Go back and read the original post ...... he wanted a magnetic sump bung, now correct me if i'm wrong but the sump is the bottom of the engine, and as you are obviously well clued up you'll know that the engine oil is filtered by what is commonly known as a oil filter. S**T sorry mate had the the bit about the gearbox on my mind 8-),Im such a thick F**K sometimes! Looking back at my original post it sounds like im being funny about it, didnt mean for it to come across that way fella Sorry :$

Couldnt agree more mark, i get more miles than normal 95 ron & the car runs soooo much nicer (h) Maybe you getting your best 1/4 mile time was down to you running tesco 99 ron I only pay 89p per ltr to -

Wouldnt bother with EBC mate,i know of two people that have had EBC pads crumble in their calipers, not good when carrying loved ones in your car hey :-* ENOUGH said!

Yea their was a post on here about this a few days back, if your vr is standard you should get around 135-140mph,bit more if your lucky! All depends on mods really mate

Mine sits between 18-22 most days, had it up to 30.4 once on my way to the phirm sitting at about 65mph on the m25 :-(

I got pagid fr pads & cross drilled zimmerman discs,much better than standard but the pads give of loads of dust which block the drill holes in the discs, might as well have standard discs really :-d

I got a milltec fitted by the phirm,not worth the £388 middle section was to long & ive had 2 blows in 5 months of having it,was fitted poorly to :-( but then other people say good things about milltec & the phirm so its really down to you mate! Ive spent £50 so far on getting the blows sorted out by a local garage near me! :@ -
I can be driving along the road nice & sensible when all of a sudden i get a springy sound from behind my dash, then my ABS light comes on followed by a dodgey brake pedal as though my ABS is cutting in but im only touching the brake pedal slighty at low speed 8-) Can someone pleasssseeee... tell me WTF is going on behind my dash :^) Thanks guys'n'girls

Not sure if this is a problem or not but my gear stick shakes side to side when pulling away in 1st sometimes, looks abit odd when you look over & see this Does enyone know why it does this & is it a problem?

15.5@89mph at volksfest this year,shit tyres & shit surface to :-* maybe i could do a 15.4 at santapod now i got sticky toyo's Ive changed the airbox to a ram air induction kit & a full ss exhaust,still got a cat though! :-(

Ive seen 150 on my clock but thats cos i was drafting my mates 330ci, out in the open with no one in front of me i can see just over 140 max & its run out of steam, im still on standard wheel & tyre sizes so i hope it aint to far out :^)

I bought mine 4 weeks b4 i was 21, couldnt insure it for them four weeks though :-( didnt have eny no claims,LC20 for drivin with no licence,IN10 for no insurance & 6 points! Insured it on my 21st birthday full comp for the grand total of £1228 not bad considering I must say before you all get the impression of me being a C**T i really aint, i was a silly boy at 18 but now im always legal when it comes to cars 8-| had to add this as i know some poeple would think bad of me if they read the above, i know i would

If your only lookin to upgrade to a fourmotion or mk4 gti 1.8t i wouldnt bother! keep the vr u crazy man 8-) If your lookin for more performance why not tune the vr *-) maybe you just want a new toy, think your gonna regret it though :-(

I would expect the polo to keep up with the vr through the first few gears but then the midrange of the vr would kill the polo(if standard of course) Bloke sounds like a twat & if i ever get the chance to meet him i would personally push his fu**ing polo of the road, TWAT :@
