Sounds like they are a better product when they work. But have any of you ever had to return your TomTom for any reason? It's all well and good if you get one that works (and i'm sure, generally they work fine), but if it does go wrong, then I don't fancy waiting several months for a repair / replacement (which is what I've heard can be the case). Also, is there a particular TomTom model you can recommend, if I was to go for one?
