    Hi Ryan If you are going to run the vortech charger at 8 psi there is really no point in fitting a cooler, I ran mine at 8 psi for just 2 years and no water injection and performed great, However if you run the stage3 12 psi yes a cooler is highly recommended and preferred over an intercooler as they suffer from boost drop at the throttle body The above link is a good place to start only if you are running stage 3@ 12 psi

    Wow in november I should have my MK3 VR6 turbo'd and all by then but things dont always go to plan can i stick my name down provisionally ? Are there many Turbo VR6's going to be at this RR day ?

    Kevhaywire has a GT3582R fitted to hid rado VR6 have a chat with him and see what he thinks of the turbo I have a GT3582R here almost ready to be fitted i cant answer about this yet

    The throttle body has to be adapted with VAGCOM each and every time they are disconnected or the battery dies

    Just check with Bill before you buy the manifold it looks to come included, is your car supercharged ? just asking cause i dont have one ordered, Dont know whether it will clear the vortech Here is the one I just bought http://www.spturboparts.com/afterMarket/ViewDetails.aspx?prod=15955 As far as i know the elbow has both obd1 and obd2 fitted to the elbow look in this pic http://www.spturboparts.com/aftermarket/ViewDetails.aspx?prod=15958 : ) Gaskets are reusable I wouldnt bother unless damaged
