    as long as rings and bigends etc are ok vr's should take alot... thrashed mine for 2yrs and done 140k.. bigends only just gone lol.. put i had NO history wit car!!

    if u look at the pic of the underneaths it has been made bigger.. compared to std one.. i would only do this if u were going 2.9 tho.. tbh.. not worth it otherwise..

    mine was like that when i got it.. turned out to be Hall sensor in dizzy??? car was 50bhp down coz was on limp mode..

    took engine out weds nite.. worked til 1am thur and fri nite on engine.. was finally in and running sat evening ready for ultimate dubs sun morn..!!

    i done mine the other nite, bought tool for 20 quid at halfords.. used it! then took it bk the next day said it didnt fit, got money back..lol opps!!

    rite my engine is going in sat morning.. just finished building it now.. so should be running by afternoon.. got go down get 2 tyres fitted.. so cutting it fine to meet anyone sat nite..

    well the engine build isnt going to well.. my chain tensioners and guides are fooked after 4k.. this is because the bolt tension had not been working and there was slack on the chains, so should be getting new today.. also snapped the crack pipe...!! going to try and repair it.. most of engine is built tho ready to go back in.. obviously it has to be in by 2moz coz going to utimate dubs sunday..!! havent been home for two days either..lol
