    Your sorted then really - I was thinking that I kept filling my tank up after every lap I did remember I try and keep as little fuel in as I need, roughly 1/4 tank a lap. Theres a MASSIVE group of people going from passionford.com - its good to mix it up with some the Fords round the ring, 1 bloke hit a deer last year in his cossie which was quite amusing!

    I'd love to work in motorsport, cars or bikes! I'd move anywhere in the world to do it aswell aslong as I was being paid enough! Something else I'd like to do though is having a go at being a stunt man in films that would be amazing Today my work sucks big time tho - i was meant to finish at 5 but 4.45pm my manager asks if I can stay til 8... Its his bday so couldnt really say no. Im looking for another job anyway so if you own a racing team & want someone u know where to find me :-p Im looking for work as a 2nd line support engineer on a trade floor in london if anyones got any goo

    If I went alone it would have cost me £350-£400 but I split the cost with my 2 passengers, that price includes the ferry aswell.

    Yeah it can be - I think its called compound charging or is that when you have 2 turbos and 1 spools the other one up? I dunno - Ive seen it done a few times but not on a VR6 Might be something here about it http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Supercharger#Sequential.2C_Twin_and_Compound_turbochargers

    I put my original grill back on after having the front smoothed - looked to bland for my liking, just got the VW badge on the grill now

    Cheers for the replies! Live in Crayford, Kent - I've got a hi-spec conversion on the rear and my discs sit on bells so I might order a new pair of discs and do both bearings at the same time - I need to get the pads on urgently so I'll just do those this weekend and pop up Hi Spec & order the new discs.

    It takes up 17Gb aswell once its installed - Im sticking with XP until I have to change. Looks like all they've done is made it like a Mac OS! Dont you need a 128Mb graphics card aswell? So many pc's & laptops out there wont be able to run it properly

    Cheers - I wasnt planning on changing the discs tho just the pads and 1 bearing, if I do the bearing will it upset the abs ring?

    Anyone know whats involved with doing a rear bearing? My mates got the tools I need to do all this but I wanna get everything sorted and bought so we can just blitz it this weekend Nick - where abouts do the abs rings go? How much are they? Ta!

    U might get away with it but they were being quite strict with it - my mate James who had the on his 325i got collared aswell. Just take your Uk ones or fit them just incase, dont wanna go all that way and not be allowed round just cos of your plates

    If your cars got German plates they wont let you on the ring as I found out last year, luckily I had my GB ones tho too in the boot. As for the other stuff I've never bothered but rules are rules. You might be doing some night time driving if your car breaks down - we got to the ring 7 hours late last year cos someones car broke down.

    Just got a K800i phone but its been showing the RSS symbol since I got to Holland the other day, come back & its still there even after being turned on and off, I never turned it on! Anyone know how to get rid? (What is it? I didnt sign up to any feeds) Ta

    I like the Fratellis, Ive only heard the 1 song by 'The View' but they'll all probably have the same annoying sound I reckon, just 1 of those bands.
