My exhaust is blowing around the pipe where it goes into the back box and I wanna have a go at fixing it myself, the welds going - never used a welder & wouldnt mind having a crack at it. Long shot I know ha ha Im near Dartford, Kent
My fav corner is the one that has the dip just before you have to turn right, where the bratwusrt & chip van is - I was taking it at 90 in sept, might be able to do it a little quicker but it was pretty extreme!
I chopped down a tree, kicked down a shed and put my foot through all its windows and then took down a bigger shed and then burnt the lot! Took down a wall with a sledgehammer aswell - quite a satisfying Sunday
Colour Coded springs?? You might have got black springs on the black car but I doubt VW made Mulberry coloured spings for a highline. Maybe someones painted them afterwards or something for some bizzare reason.
Mine runs well on Tesco 99! Even if you dont need any repairs you migght aswell blag some money off Tescos cos everyone else will be ;0) Apparently the fuel contains too much ethanol and is killing the lambda sensor - my mate was down at mercedes earlier and they've had a few people in this morning and this has been the effects from this Tesco petrol that hes seen.
Cor nasty pics of the leg there mate! Was it the R6 that you came off of? Saying that bikes have no place on roads today is rubbish - The majority of accidents are caused by drivers not looking what they are doing (some by the bikers riding like loons & filtering) so its drivers that need educating to look for bikes before they just change lane without indicating or looking.
Depends what else needs doing - might aswell do them all and the chains at the same time I reckon, how many miles your car done? A chain job will cost about £600 all in.
If it is what Im thinking of - its the air intake so no, it shouldnt be in 2 seperate bits. It goes from the Mass Air Flow sensor (plastic tube with a plug on) to the throttle body
Could be your oil pump has given up the ghost? The timing chain noise comes from the gearbox side of the engine but doesnt really sound like its from the bottom end. I wouldnt drive it tho just incase its something that could be fixed before the whole engines ruined.
