  1. yep it would do it all the time, i got soo used to the jerking drive that when the problem was resolved i thought i was sitting in a merc lol
  2. bought the car and done this and that inc rolling the arches and suspension/alloys etc, stands at 6.5K all in and got meself a 65000 miler that is still going strong - oh and with that BMC filter sounds deadly!!
  3. i had the same problem, ruled out the possiblilty of leads after replacing them then got really pissed at the whole car, found out after that the guy that fitted the leads damaged one of them as he was fitting it (hard to fit) so had to replace a single lead, now is working fine, when it is dark, leave the car running and stare into the engine, where the plug leads are based, if you see a spark then you know the problem is with one of the leads, thats how i found the lead was damaged after replacing it.
  4. i did all 4 - had them flared out at the same time, folded the 4 arches and pumped them all out as well, then had to re-spray the rear quarters, see pics in members rides
  5. i reckon it depends, with me the power went back to normal and a few members reckon the sensor is probably faulty, i will be changing it soon as it can cause a huge BHP loss if it is not right, i got pushed up the motorway last time by a vectra - P plate and not even a sri/v6
  6. it sure is - a cylinder shape thats meant to be bright silver - i cleaned mine and the car was wheel spinning like hell (after lifting the clutch lol) then went back to normal - i think im going to replace it, added a BMC CDA filter as well and blooming hell - the standard air intake restricts the car sooo much!!!
  7. nice one . i replaced mine to blue (see in members rides

  9. i think it will be the bulbs at the top, they might not be twisted in properly, they are very easy to access, take off that part of the panelling and unscrew the 2 screws on either side of the clock unit, then you just simply pull it towards you from the top, and it will rotate downwards, check the bulbs and reverse the process.. need more detailed help ?? just ask...
