  1. Very interesting, if I had spare club funds to contribute I would, but we are just having to pay for club liability insurance and buy new things, more banners etc... But I'm happy to promote and encourage members to contribute, it would be good to get VR6OC known across the river
  2. Just seen an R plate mulberry highline drive down the A500 sporting a VR6OC sticker in the rear! Looked really clean and had a little smile seeing a VR6 OC sticker
  3. Hi mate. It could be the MAF, it wouldn't show up a fault code, try unplugging the MAF and see if it it stays the same or runs worse. Is it possible the car has previously been converted to manual and the ECU still thinks its an automatic?
  4. Yeah, as said this is a DIY job really Replace cooler / seals, and run a hose through the coolant system, until it runs clear - connect hoses up, fill with just water... start the engine and it will probably sludge up again where the water pump has shifted it through.... keep repeating this process until it's 100% clear, and then fill with coolant The febi oil coolers are quite cheap, and seals are a few quid...
  5. 02J141719B 1 Clutch Release Arm It was around £12 from memory mate, worth doing, I just re-used my existing spring. worth doing at the same time, as they are prone to breaking at some point, so makes sense to do it at the same time that's a bloody good price for the clutch, jealous! typical that mate, surgeons eh? probably gone on holiday or something grrr
  6. That's cheap on the clutch kit mate! I paid 130 and had to get it via Stealth Racing, as couldn't get it anywhere! MY clutch feels awesome now I've got a new one in and new slave cylinder too.... I'll let you know how it drives tomorrow when I take it for a thrash You motor will be sweet as when are you planning on doing the work? Hope it doesn't get in the way of our events
  7. Yeah, the show starts at 9am mate, I will be a little later than gate opening times as I have some child logistics to sort out before the show. If I can set off earlier on the day, then I will, not everyone makes it and cars are always running up the strip so wont be a problem, we have nige and dave camping on the Saturday night, who will make sure we have enough spaces for all our cars on the day

don't think so mate, 95% sure my plug went straight in the corrado fan motor, with the exception of the temp sensor which I had to chop a new plug onto the loom...
