Hiya everything, New here. Names Josh, live in Bedfordshire. Am not new to the Mk3 scene but am to the VR6 scene. Hoping to see alot of you at shows this season. Will be at GTi Fest, and the car will look very different come Early Edition just a week later. Haha

Haha. Yep, that's my mates 1.4 fresh out the bodyshop. He's in the process of putting it back together. It's needs some bodywork doing on it, but engine has fsh and no major rot anywhere. So I couldn't complain there. Yep. I'm up for the stand. Already put my name down for it. Be good to make some new friends.

I have a door handle issue right now. As in I cannot open it from the outside :-( Dan, a member here and local to me is going to take a look at it at some point, think we just need to sort out the welding on the mech on the Audi handle rear. Would have done it sooner, but had no idea this event was so soon ! Will have a chat with him and see if we can sort something before sunday :-)

Evening Ladies and Gents, Guys and Girls......... And Bealieboy. For them who would like to meet up for Breakfast before the show I've found a Toby Carvey. Its 13 miles away from Pod so there's a nice run after breakfast into Santa Pod. This Toby opens at 8am so for those who fancy this we would all need to be there as the doors open at 8am. So the meeting point will be.. Toby Carvery Thorplands (Round Talavera Way, Northampton, Northamptonshire, NN3 8RN 01604 494241 @ 8am Let me know if you fancy this.......

You should be able to do it without removing the whole axle & you don't need to buy a special tool you can make on using some threaded bar, nuts & washers. I'm taking the rear axle out when I do mine so I can have it shot blasted and powder coated just to tidy it all up, need to buy some Polybush mounts as well.

A long over due update on the corrado. Finally got around to getting a genuine second hand starter motor which I have refurbished (not yet fitted). I've spent a few ££ on it over the last few weeks acquiring the parts and serviceable items I need.. Started to cracking with it on Saturday gone, made progress of changing the oil for shell helix, a fresh set of denso iridium plugs along with a brand new set of leads. Oil filter has been changed along with fuel and air filters.. God it needed a bit of tlc. All the breaks have been broken down and serviced and are to be built back up next wee
