sparkz 0
Right, a little update seeing that i havnt said anything since december.BBS RC's are on and yesterday we done the steering column adaption. Basically, ive retro fitted the corrado tilt column intomy mk2 to with the corrado dash. With the aid of my friends generator and welder, me and 'brains' decided to tackle the major point of securing my corrado steering column mount inot my mk2 golf (not an easy job as im sure alex will say!!) Alex thought it would take half an hour max, but it ended up more like 4 hours because i wanted it better than perfect!!So, i will let the pictures do the talking!!Take one generatorOne 'expert'..and one corrado dashboard..what looks different in the next 3 pictures???...what trust i have in alex!!The finished article......a couple of close ups...Thats it for now, gonna clean it up and do a bit more welding/strengthening next weekend and i will then have a fully working corrado adjustable steering column in my mk2 golf!! A BIG THANKS to my right hand man Alex for the use of his brain and his welding skills!!

Phat VR6 3
very nice mateWhere have you ran your engine loom? have you mounted the ECU inside the cab drivers side and then though a hole in the floor to go into the chassis leg?
sparkz 0
Engine loom is run through both chassis legs with the ecu located behind my glovebox. Only part of loom on show is the round engine plug which exits underneath my heater matrix hoses.
