  1. I was just thinking equal amounts of money cabbs, you know, keeping it fair. Your mrs has a 1300 bar holiday and you have 1300 bar set of wheels, that way everyone's a winner! If you want to know anything on how to get what you want from a woman or dodge flying crockery, you can read it in my latest self help book; Feel the Fear and Do it Anyway! 2. After the hassle I've had adjusting my quads, Vento front makes great sense! Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  3. Who said romance was dead? I think it's a great idea cabbs, I can't imagine why your mrs isn't up for it, after all, she could bugger off to Mexico for 2 weeks all inclusive, why don't you suggest that? I reckon she'd go for it, and then you can have a set of rotiforms! Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

  7. I agree, I'm not too biased when it comes to cars, I've had a fair few (48) over the years, anything from renault 5 Monaco to a Volvo 480 es, before they became retro. I find with jap cars that they seem to be specifically designed for short arses, that's hardly surprising I suppose. I'd still have an ek3 type r civic again though, mine was great fun........ At least you could get some money back from the tt comps toward your mrs new set of wheels if you wanted. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  8. That's the thing, they're a bit jap. Quality though! Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  9. Rota grid in bronze is one of my fave's, not sure how they suit a corrado though. Google corrado wheels and go through the pics, that's what I've done in the past. At least you can see what you like Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

I reckon on a steady run I could get up to 350 miles. Mines pretty good on juice by all accounts. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

  15. Mmm, there's not much left of that! Bet it's a lot of fun though. [emoji106] Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  16. Have you tried Stevens vw breakers at Waltham/gt Leighs? They're only 10 mins from btree and have parts on the shelf ready to go. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  17. I hear that, I'm considering starting a club for not enough time or money! Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  18. I'll check that out then! Cheers. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  19. When we spoke at gti fest it sounded like your vr was kept somewhere safe, lucky you to have a unit! Did you score the wings from that fella breaking that highline the other week? Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  20. Well that is some cheap fun isn't it, £800 is not a lot. Do you drive to the track or trailer it? Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  21. No mate, although I do like that ash bump hose in your pic. I was thinking the induction pipe would be from maf to inlet mani judging by the price. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  22. I reckon so, mine are the same speaker front and rear, albeit, mines a more door. Those Mac audios will fit the dash of the mk3 cabbs, I'm sure of it, I was only going to add them for a bit of staging up front as mines all in the back at the mo, but you are right, you can get better for not a lot more...... I must get my components fitted in the front! Roll on chrimbo hols! Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  23. Clio is a great trackday car with adequate performance and neutral handling, I had a 03 reg 172 cup for a short while which I took to goodwood. I enjoyed the day but became increasingly annoyed by a poxy old Morgan plus8 which I couldn't get near and an e type roadster whose dust I was eating every 3-4 lap, and as for the radical, that was doing 2 laps to my 1. I sold the clip after a trip to the Alps in it, talk about bone shaker, so hard on the suspension i had to sell it! I also did snett in my prodrive Scooby wagon, that was not a bad day either, that cooked its brakes quite quickly though
  24. Dash speakers are 3.5 inch, doors 6.5 Inch. Here's a link for some dash speakers I've been considering. http://pages.ebay.com/link/?nav=item.view&alt=web&id=130471974999 Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  25. Yes please, an induction hose for me! Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
