    its a ghia mate not a basic model, dashboard is the same, header tank is the same, radio is the same, sunroof. may not seem a lot but they make a lot of ££

    cheers guys. i never noticed it for 9 years! the people who bought the land chopped all the bushes off it thats why i never see it! it ill be for spares unfortunatly as i have some rs turbos. shell will be rotten i guess! :-(

    i need to pick up an escort mk3 thats been sitting there for for 15+ years so its seized up! i live in bromley, kent its in a bit of an awkward place so need a winch and ill possible need to move it by hand first to get the winch in place. its about at a guess 10 miles from my house and is a very easy drive there and back on main roads and no lanes, will be about 20 minutes :top:

    mine has a hole in it that ive blocked, really not worth repairing it to be fair??

    seems there are 2x different sizes, mine is a very early 1992 obd1 golf vr6. heres a picture for you its fairly small.

    wiper motor definatly has a seal! think the old lock seal was shot, can you order the lock seal seperate?

    fitted a new boot to the golf vr6 in the summer as the old one was rotton! everytime it rains water gets inside the boot, so i have to open it to empty the water out! is there anyway of stopping this? think its getting in from where the lock is? its filling up inside the boot where the wiper motor is :-(

    car is getting a little hard to put in 1st gear on the golf vr6. whats the best oil to use? also where is the drain and fill holes? theres a big alan key type thing i can see. regards :-)

    thanks guys is there any VW dealers that will deliver? nearest garage is a mission away! well looked on vag cat, and there is a seal part number, it looks like its just leaking from the seal?
